John Dalton walked, biked, and was loved

On February 12, 2024, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. We miss him terribly and plan to celebrate his life with a gathering later this spring, most likely in June.  Stay tuned for details.

In his own words:

I just found out that a good friend … has been “grounded” by his doctor … he’s been told to “settle down and cool it.” He’s “only” 78 years old, but still, he’s a reminder to me that eventually all must succumb. I, too someday, must face that reality, but in the meanwhile there’s no sense facing it on the couch.
